Trancoso Villa 27

Villa 27 is located on the road linking the Quadrado (central square in Trancoso) to Coqueiros beach.  It is an oasis amidst the exuberant lush tropical vegetation…the ideal location for those who want to be near the trendy Quadrado restaurants and the beach, while also enjoying peace and quiet and total privacy with a gorgeous view of the sea. 

With its tasteful, understated décor, this is one of the most charming houses in Trancoso.  

Everything in the villa is in harmony: the sitting room opens on to a veranda which overlooks the pool. This is surrounded by comfortable cushions, creating an external seating area – the ideal location for watching the ever changing green shades of the sea. 

The 5 en-suite bedrooms are spacious, airy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.  It is hard to choose a favourite.

 

Trancoso Villa 30

It’s not just the plot, in the Terravista condominium and surrounded by greenery, that makes Villa 30 such a special refuge in Trancoso. Full of charm, it’s a super comfortable house that has been designed down to the smallest detail to make the most of every second of a stay in Bahia.

The highlight is the terrace, which functions as an extension of the property and looks more like an outdoor living room – tables, sofas, chairs and sun loungers make up the atmosphere. With a delicious swimming pool and a glass sauna, it’s one of those places made for spending whole days and nights under the starry sky.

 

Trancoso Villa 32

The villa was designed by a talented artchitect couple and is one of the most special houses in Trancoso. Its relaxed boho rustic décor includes items from around the world making it one of our stand out properties.

It is like an oasis surrounded by 5,000 m2 of tropical gardens and a gorgeous pool, in one of the best condominiums in Trancoso.

The house is the perfect haven for total relaxation. The master suite takes up the whole of the upper floor and has its own terrace with a hammock. There is also a bungalow with two bedrooms, each with a private terrace and external showers – perfect for watching the stars at night. The house also has a sauna and an open air bar.

Trancoso Villa 37

Itapororoca beach, one of Trancoso’s most special beaches, hides some refuges that invite you to immerse yourself in the unpretentious atmosphere of Bahia. One of the best examples is Villa 37, a house right on the sand with a delightful lawn as its centerpiece.

It is around it that the season continues in a rhythm of sun, shade and fresh water. The swimming pool, surrounded by the forest, is one of those places made for spending the day. But when you’re craving the sea, you’ll only have to take a few steps along a path surrounded by nature to find it.

Unpretentious and faithful to the rustic style that represents Trancoso so well, Villa 37 is literally a beach house.

Trancoso Villa 44

Staying in this villa is like immersing yourself in nature. There is a lush tropical mangrove on one side of the property and on the other side a quiet beach.

The villa is bathed by constant sea breezes, making those lazy afternoons even more pleasant. The sea breeze freshens all areas of the house, especially the 25 metre pool which is surrounded by palm trees and the large terrace on the second floor – this is one of the most comfortable and homely areas of the house, with its hammocks, armchairs and coloured cushions.

The villa is ideal for a group of friends in search of peace and quiet in a location next to the beach with plenty of shade. It has comfortable social areas and the third en-suite bedroom is also in the annexe and is the perfect option for couples who want a little more privacy and peace and quiet.

And if you would like to experience some of Trancoso´s famous nightlife, the Quadrado is only 10 minutes away by car.

Trancoso Villa 52

To begin with the light that invades every part of the house, it’s impossible to not feel enchanted by our Trancoso Villa. The garden has a striking presence from wherever you look and helps the villa to become a true refuge.

With a lot of “bossa” and an unpretentious decoration, the house resembles a bit of Mykonos and Ibiza but don’t let aside authentic elements of the Brazilian culture. Like the “taubilha” roof, a typical material from Bahia that seals the living room height. And if the idea is to bring together groups of friends, the atmosphere can become more breadth if you open the two doors that separates the bar and the kitchen.

As a view, the terrace and charming straw nets, an old wooden deck and the house main character: a swimming pool that embraces the green vegetation. At the surrounding, the 5 ensuite bedrooms with minimalist style and its gardens.

The location is also special: located inside the Altos de Trancoso condo, with all the security and exclusivity that your holidays require, but close enough to the city center (Quadrado) for those nights you feel like partying.

Newly built villa 55 is located in Altos de Trancoso condominium on a cliff with stunning sea views. It is one of the most special villas in our portfolio.

This is the perfect house to unwind in…whether swimming in the pool, using the gym, playing pool or merely relaxing in the garden. You can even watch the beautiful pink sun rise from every room in the house.

When the sun has set you can sit by the fire pit in the garden, watching the gentle come and go of the sea, while sipping a refreshing caipirinha. The staff are extremely attentive, who bakes fresh bread daily as well as preparing delicious pizzas cooked in the wood burning oven.

The icing on the cake is the villa´s décor, with its modern pieces of art and local artefacts which combined with the subtle lighting blend seamlessly into the living areas and the bedrooms – by the way, the master suite is really very special.

Trancoso Villa 60

Villa 60´s location on Nativos beach makes it the ideal location for those seeking to fully immerse themselves in nature. There are a number of bungalows on the property which are connected by sandy pathways and surrounded by lush rainforest.
